Just to make sure, we put him on his tummy again, and sure enough, (this time with us observing) he did it again.

Other developmental advances include lots of hand manipulation. He is able to bring things to his mouth and hold his pacifier with his hands. Or just suck on his finger (instead of his whole fist).
